The main distinction about this hotel is its location - in a very odd, newly built (not even completed yet) section of the city far south of centre. It is merely a jumble of hotels and office buildings - and an Ikea a few minutes walk away. There is zero atmopshere or anything of interest there - except for the fact that you can ensure a peaceful night's sleep as there is no outside street noise. All this, and the 20-30min trip to the centre would be perfectly acceptable if the hotel's prices were significantly less expensive than other areas, but they are not. The room was just perfect - comfortable, spacious, modern, clean, perfect. But ultimately staying out in this sterile landscape was not worthwhile for me. I can see it as advantageous for families who may not be tempted to return to the centre for spontaneous walks or stay out late, and use this as an easy base for day trips. As there are no nearby places to eat (save for the horrid Ikea cafeteria and a bar), they get most people to pay 15eur for a breakfast buffet.

Having entered the hotel hall, we were quite pleased with the seating options across the reception. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room lived up to our expectations and it was very clean. The location wasn't anything impressive, but for others who'd like to know, it is a 15-minute walk to Bijlmer Station from the hotel. The staff also did us a favor by letting us leave our bags after check-out and come to pick them up later. As we were still in the city on the day of check-out, we'd get tired of carrying around our bags, so thank you for the convenience.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the metro and an Ikea, which made getting around and grabbing essentials easy. The self check-in and check-out process was straightforward and efficient. In the lobby, there was a microwave available for guest use, which came in handy. The room had a working, adjustable air-conditioning unit that kept the space comfortable. Wi-Fi was consistently fast, and the shower was spacious with strong water flow, which added to the comfort of the stay.

The property is easily accessible and the rooms where big and with all necessary amenities. The self check in process is easy. Staffs were helpful. The place was very clean and tidy. The metro is right beside the hotel which makes your traveling accessible to all parts of Amsterdam but it takes some time but worth it.

Rubaiyat

It was like expected. The room was fine, the distance from the metro is short. I can only recommend it!
